We regret to inform you that, due to persistently low water levels on the Rhine, the boat parade will be significantly reduced this year and our charter boats will not be able to sail. The land-based program and fireworks display will still take place, and we look forward to welcoming many guests and spectators on shore.
Of course, any tickets already purchased will be refunded. To receive a refund, please return your tickets to us and provide your bank account information. We will then process the refund. We thank you in advance for your understanding and hope to welcome you back aboard our charter boats next year.
